‘Secret Lives of Black Women’ brings a warm conversation to your ears

The Secret Lives of Black Women” brings two long-time friends together to discuss their perspectives as young, black women living in America. Rather than focusing on the divisions between our experiences, they invite the listener to pull up a chair and sit alongside an intimate chat between two friends.

Host Charla Lauriston is a comedian whom WNYC calls, “self-assured and gleefully sarcastic.”  Her co-host Lauren Domino is a writer and director whose work has screened at prestigious festivals like Sundance, SXSW and BlackStar. They’ll share the mic with guests like Sasheer Zamata (“Saturday Night Live”).
