Loud Speakers’ Tax Season & Angela Yee’s Lip Service Join Midroll

We’re happy to announce that we’ve added two new shows from urban-focused Loud Speakers to the Midroll roster. Loud Speakers is the network behind successful podcasts like The Read, Brilliant Idiots, and the Combat Jack Show.

The Village Voice called Tax Season “the Internet’s most dangerous podcast.” Host Taxstone is a well-known hip-hop impresario, with 24,000 Twitter followers, who helped break rappers like Chief Keef and Bobby Shmurda. On each weekly episode he brings an unfiltered view from the streets of Brooklyn as only Taxstone can.

Angela Yee is a syndicated morning radio host–on the Breakfast Club along with Charlagne Tha God from Brilliant Idiots–who now hosts the Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast. On this show Angela and her co-hosts Stephanie Santiago, GiGi Maguire, and Leah McSweeney have an unfiltered talk about sex, love, dating and everything in between with hip-hop and R&B’s top stars.

Loud Speakers is definitely a network at the leading edge of podcasting, breaking new ground and introducing new audiences to the medium. Learn more about the network’s innovative strategy in this interview with CEO Chris Morrow on Earwolf’s The Wolf Den podcast.

We’ve seen impressive growth with the Loud Speakers shows on our roster–The Read, Brilliant Idiots, and Combat Jack–so we have high expectations for these two. Don’t miss the opportunity to book your spots now.
